Medication management
Many students have medication needs for mild forms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, or bi-polar disorder. Some students are misdiagnosed and have complicated situations as a result. Students with such needs have the benefit of long-term medication evaluation and diagnostic feedback with our adolescent specialist psychiatrist. We work very closely with Dr. Phillip Lafleur, M.D. on an outpatient basis to provide structured medication interventions that are closely monitored by Evangelhouse staff. Parents are always involved in this process and speak directly with the doctor by teleconference at each visit.
